Pursuant to a notice posted on October 17, 2014, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Guillen, at 10:12 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Guillen; Aycock; Kuempel; and Larson.

 

A quorum was present.
