Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on February 26, 2013, and permission granted on February 26, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Rules & Resolutions met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative McClendon, at 12:01 p.m.
