Pursuant to a notice posted on March 1, 2013, the House Committee on Special Purpose Districts met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, Dennis, at 8:01 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Bonnen, Dennis; Miller, Doug; Clardy; Goldman; Krause; Lucio III; Stickland; and Thompson, Ed.

 

A quorum was present.

At 8:42 a.m., on the motion of Representative Bonnen, Dennis and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
