Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 21, 2013, and permission granted on March 21, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Special Purpose Districts met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, Dennis, at 11:57 a.m.
