Pursuant to a notice posted on May 3, 2013, and with a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 7, 2013, the House Committee on Special Purpose Districts met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, Dennis, at 8:31 a.m.
