Pursuant to a notice posted on April 17, 2013, revised 2 times on April 19, 2013, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 22, 2013, and permission granted on April 24, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on State Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Cook, at 5:07 p.m.
