Pursuant to a notice posted on March 1, 2013, the House Committee on Transparency in State Agency Operations, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the co-chair, Representative Dan Flynn, at 8:05 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Alvarado; Flynn; Gonzalez, Naomi; Martinez Fischer; Perry; and Price.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

Representative Flynn opened the hearing and discussed the Committee’s agenda.  Opening remarks were made by the co-chair, Representative Alvarado.

At 8:54 a.m., on the motion of Representative Flynn and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
