Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on June 25, 2013, and permission granted on June 25, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Transparency in State Agency Operations, Select met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the co-chair, Representative Carol Alvarado, at 1:49 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Alvarado; Gonzalez, Naomi; Larson; Martinez Fischer; Perry; and Price.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The co-chair, Representative Alvarado, discussed the Committee’s expanded jurisdiction.

 

At 2:00 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
