Pursuant to a notice posted on July 12, 2013, the House Committee on Transparency in State Agency Operations, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the co-chair, Representative Carol Alvarado, at 12:33 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Alvarado; Flynn; Gonzalez, Naomi; Johnson; Martinez Fischer; Perry; and Price.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The committee heard invited testimony from Jeff Archer; Chief Legislative Counsel for Texas Legislative Council. 

 

At 1:47 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
