Pursuant to a notice posted on November 5, 2013, the House Committee on Transparency in State Agency Operations, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the co-chair, Representative Carol Alvarado, at 11:10 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Alvarado; Flynn; Gonzalez, Naomi; Johnson; Martinez Fischer; Perry; and Price.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

The meeting began with opening remarks from the Co-Chairs.
