Pursuant to a notice posted on April 17, 2014, revised on April 22, 2014, the House Committee on Transparency in State Agency Operations, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the co-chair, Representative Carol Alvarado, at 1:07 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Alvarado; Flynn; Gonzalez, Naomi; Larson; Martinez Fischer; Perry; and Price.

 

A quorum was present.

 

The meeting began with opening remarks from the Co-Chairs.

 

Co-Chair Alvarado moved to recess the committee into executive session.

 

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Alvarado; Flynn; Gonzalez, Naomi; Larson; Martinez Fischer; Perry; Price (7).

 

Nays:                           None (0).

The Committee reconvened at 4:03 p.m. and was called to order by Co-Chair Alvarado.

A quorum was present.
