Pursuant to a notice posted on July 10, 2014, the House Committee on Transparency in State Agency Operations, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the co-chair, Representative Dan Flynn, at 10:11 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Alvarado; Flynn; Johnson; Larson; and Price.

 

A quorum was present.

Representative Alvarado moved to recess the committee into executive session.
