Pursuant to a notice posted on March 7, 2013, the House Committee on Transportation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Phillips, at 8:02 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Phillips; Martinez, "Mando"; Fletcher; Guerra; Harper-Brown; Lavender; Pickett; and Riddle.
