Pursuant to a notice posted on May 9, 2013, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 13, 2013, the House Committee on Transportation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Phillips, at 9:00 a.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Phillips; Martinez, "Mando"; Burkett; Fletcher; Guerra; Harper-Brown; and Pickett.
A quorum was present.
SB 1605
The chair laid out SB 1605.
Representative Pickett offered a complete committee substitute.
The chair recognized Representative Pickett to explain the substitute.
The chair recognized Representative Raymond to explain SB 1605.
