Pursuant to a notice posted on June 24, 2014, the House Committee on Transportation Funding, Expenditures & Finance, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 9:07 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Pickett; Huberty; Larson; Martinez, "Mando"; Muñoz, Jr.; Phillips; Simmons; and Workman.

A quorum was present.

The committee discussed transportation issues with transportation policymakers.
