Pursuant to a notice posted on November 6, 2014, the House Committee on Transportation Funding, Expenditures & Finance, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 9:18 a.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Pickett; Huberty; Larson; Martinez, "Mando"; Muņoz, Jr.; and Simmons.
A quorum was present.
The chair recognized Representative McClendon as present.
The committee heard invited and public testimony on the distribution of state proposition funding as it relates to the enabling legislation in HB 1, 83rd Legislature, 3rd Special Session.

At 10:40 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
