Pursuant to a notice posted on February 8, 2013 and permission granted on February 13, 2013 to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Dutton, at 11:49 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Dutton; Elkins; Leach; Rodriguez, Justin; and Sanford.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The Chairman introduced staff and discussed committee procedures and organizational information.

 

The Committee heard invited testimony.

 

At 1:17 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
