CORRECTED MINUTES
On April 17, 2013, the House Committee on Urban Affairs authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Urban Affairs held on March 27, 2013. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 22, 2013, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Dutton, at 5:12 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Dutton; Alvarado; Elkins; Leach; and Rodriguez, Justin.
A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 139 as pending business.
Representative Alvarado offered a complete committee substitute.
The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
