Pursuant to a notice posted on April 19, 2013, revised on April 19, 2013, and permission granted on April 24, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Dutton, at 5:22 p.m.
