Pursuant to a notice posted on February 14, 2013 and permission granted on February 19, 2013 to meet while the House is in session, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hilderbran, at 2:11 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hilderbran; Otto; Button; Gonzalez, Naomi; and Strama.

 

A quorum was present.
