On April 29, 2013, the House Committee on Ways & Means authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Ways & Means held on April 18, 2013. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

Pursuant to a notice posted on April 12, 2013, and revised on April 12, 2013, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 17, 2013,the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hilderbran, at 4:24 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hilderbran; Otto; Bohac; Button; Gonzalez, Naomi; and Strama.
