Pursuant to a notice posted on May 14, 2013, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hilderbran, at 7:32 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hilderbran; Bohac; and Button.

(Representative Eiland now present.)

(Representative Otto now present.)

The Committee had dinner.

At 11:44 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
