Pursuant to a notice posted on May 23, 2014, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hilderbran, at 10:09 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hilderbran; Otto; and Israel.

At 10:40 a.m., on the motion of Representative Hilderbran and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
