Pursuant to a notice posted on September 11, 2014, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hilderbran, at 10:37 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hilderbran; Otto; Bohac; Israel; and Ritter.

 

A quorum was present.
