Senator Hegar, the acting chair, called the meeting to order at 12:42 PM. The following business was transacted:

 

The following bills were referred to the Subcommittee on Fiscal Matters: HB 97, HB 315, HB 2314, HB 2419, HB 2518, HB 2808, HB 3437 and HB 3442.

 

There being no further business, at 12:43 PM Senator Hegar moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
