The chair called the meeting to order at 1:00 PM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
Senator Nelson moved adoption of the committee rules from the 83rd legislative session. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
Senator Nelson made opening remarks.
Senator Nelson called a representative from the Comptroller’s office to provide invited testimony (see attached witness list).
Senator Nelson called representatives from the Legislative Budget Board to provide invited testimony (see attached witness list).
Senator Nelson called a resource witness to provide invited testimony (see attached witness list).
Senator Nelson called a representative from the Governor’s office to provide invited testimony (see attached witness list).
Senator Nelson made closing remarks.
There being no further business, at 4:55 PM Senator Nelson moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
