The House Appropriations Subcommittee on Articles VI, VII, and VIII will hear invited testimony related to the Speaker's Strategic Fiscal Review Charge. The Subcommittee will hear testimony regarding:

· Public Utility Commission

· Texas Emissions Reduction Plan at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality

· Texas Department of Transportation

The Subcommittee will hear invited testimony only.
