The Committee will hold a public hearing relating to personnel matters, including matters or policies subject to review, investigation, or action by the Committee on House Administration; select committee budgets; and administrative oversight of technology changes for the House of Representatives.

Pursuant to Rule IV, Section 12, "the committee may meet

in executive session for the limited purpose of examining a witness or

deliberating, considering, or debating a decision."
