As a follow-up to the May and June 2013 hearings on the disaster in West, Texas, the committee will hear invited testimony from the following entities:

Texas Department of Insurance

State Fire Marshal's Office

Texas Department of Public Safety

Texas Division of Emergency Management

Department of State Health Services

Texas Ag Industries Association

The committee will also hear invited testimony from the Texas Department of Public Safety and others on the Driver Responsibility Program.
