Relating to the designation of the NASA Road 1 Bypass connecting State Highway NASA Road 1 to Interstate Highway 45 as the Captain John Young Flyover.

HB 625        Harper-Brown           
Relating to the penalty for the operation of a vehicle without a license plate.

HB 811        Cook                   
Relating to the disposition of fines for traffic violations collected by certain municipalities.

HB 894        Kolkhorst              
Relating to the use of dealer's license plates or dealer's temporary tags on vehicles by independent motor vehicle dealers to transport vehicles to or from a point of sale.

HB 955        Isaac                  
Relating to the penalty for the offense of reckless driving.

HB 1170       Lavender               
Relating to all-terrain vehicles and recreational off-highway vehicles.

HB 1290       Phillips               
Relating to the authority for local governments to jointly administer transportation reinvestment zones.
