Review the various state event trust fund accounts to ensure that the accounts are operated in a manner that is transparent and accountable.

Among the accounts considered will be:

•             Major Events Trust Fund;

•             Special Events Trust Fund;

•             Events Trust Fund; and

•             Motor Sports Racing Trust Fund.
