The Senate Committee on Business and Commerce will convene at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday April 10th, 2013, in room E1.028 of the Capitol Extension to take up the following bill for consideration as new business:

SJR 64        Carona                 
Proposing a constitutional amendment providing immediate additional revenue for the state budget by creating the Texas Gaming Commission, and authorizing and regulating the operation of casino games and slot machines by a limited number of licensed operators and certain Indian tribes.

At the Chair's discretion, the Committee may also consider any pending business.
