II. CSCOPE Review

The Committee will hear invited testimony on this issue followed by public testimony.

III. To consider the following:

SB 135        Patrick | et al.
Relating to the use of a public school student's performance on an end-of-course assessment instrument in determining the student's final grade for the course.

Public testimony will be limited to 3 minutes per person.
