System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.
Amend CSHB 1 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) In Article I of the bill, reduce the appropriations to the Office of the Attorney General by $1 million for the fiscal year ending on August 31, 2015 and by $1 million for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2017.
(2) In Article I of the bill, increase the appropriation to the Texas Ethics Commission by $1 million for the fiscal year ending on August 31, 2015 and by $1 million for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2017.
(3) Adjust totals and methods of finance accordingly.
