System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.
Amend CSHB 1 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) In Article III of the bill (page III-2), increase the appropriation to the Texas Education Agency for Strategy A.2.1., Statewide Educational Programs, by $500,000 for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2016, and $500,000 for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2017.
(2) In Article III of the bill, following the appropriations to the Texas Education Agency in Rider 51, Early College High School and T-STEM (page III-16), strike "$3,000,000" each place it appears and substitute "$3,500,000".
(3) In Article X of the bill (page X-1), reduce the appropriation to the Senate for Strategy A.1.1., Senate, by $250,000 for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2016, and $250,000 for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2017.
(4) In Article X of the bill (page X-2), reduce the appropriation to the House of Representatives for Strategy A.1.1., House of Representatives, by $250,000 for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2016, and $250,000 for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2017.
(5) Adjust totals and methods of financing accordingly.
