Amend CSHB 1 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) In Article III of the bill, following the appropriations to the Texas Education Agency, amend Rider 32, Recorded Instructional Materials, (page III-11), in the first paragraph, by striking the words "an amount not to exceed".
(2) In Article III of the bill, following the appropriations to the Texas Education Agency, amend Rider 32, Recorded Instructional Materials, (page III-12), in the second paragraph, by striking the words "an amount not to exceed".
