Amend CSHB 1 (house committee printing) in Article III of the bill, following the appropriations to the Texas Education Agency, in Rider No. 51, Early College High School and T-STEM (page III-16), immediately following the first sentence, by inserting "At least $500,000 of the $3,000,000 allocated in each state fiscal year must be allocated primarily to support STEM-focused early college high schools."
