Part 1: Amend Rider 2, Capital Expenditures.
Amend Rider 2, Capital Expenditures, on page I-5, by striking in Subsection (c) (1), Data Center Services "36,723,443" for the 2016 FY and "40,199,409" for the 2017 FY and inserting "46,734,045" for the 2016 FY and "53,062,011" for the 2017 FY.
Amend Rider 2, Capital Expenditures, on page I-6, by striking the Total, Capital Expenditures line by striking "72,406,461" for the 2016 FY and "47,952,213" for the 2017 FY and inserting "82,417,063" for the 2016 FY and "60,814,815" for the 2017 FY.
Amend Rider 2, Capital Expenditures, on page I-6, by striking from the General Revenue, Method of Finance "26,326,799" for the 2016 FY and "18,006,943" for the 2017 FY and inserting "29,730,384" for the 2016 FY and "22,380,228" for the 2017 FY.

Part 2: Amend Rider 28, TXCSES 2.0 Oversight.
Amend Rider 28, on page I-11, by striking [Notwithstanding Rider 21, Capital Expenditures Authorized, any cost over-runs shall be paid from amounts appropriated above out of Appropriated Receipts. Another Method of Finance may not be expended on this project for cost over-runs without prior written approval from the Legislative Budget Board. Additional information requested from the Legislative Budget Board related to this approval shall be provided in a timely manner and shall be prepared in a format specified by the Legislative Budget Board. The request shall be considered to be approved unless the Legislative Budget Board issues a written disapproval within 30 business days of the date on which the staff of the Legislative Budget Board concludes its review of the proposal to expend the funds and forwards its review to the Chair of the House Appropriations Committee, Chair of the Senate Finance Committee, Speaker of the House of Representatives, and Lieutenant Governor.]
