Amend CSHB 1 (house committee printing) in Article III of the bill immediately following the appropriations to the University of Houston System (page III-109) by adding the following appropriately numbered rider and renumbering subsequent riders accordingly:
____. Health Science Center. Out of the funds appropriated to the University of Houston System, the University may embark on an initiative to create a Health Science Center by consolidating all health-related courses into one school.
