Amend CSHB 1 (house committee printing) in Article V of the bill, following the appropriations to the Department of Criminal Justice, in Rider 55, Provide Incarcerated Offenders With Useful Information (page V-19), in the first sentence between "on" and "community-based", by inserting "voting rights and on".
