Amend CSHB 1 by adding the following appropriately numbered rider to Article I of the bill, following the appropriations to the Office of the Attorney General:

____. Report on Litigation Against Federal Government. Not later than March 1 and August 31 of each year of the biennium beginning September 1, 2015, the Office of the Attorney General shall report to the legislature all expenditures of money by the office during the preceding six months relating to litigation brought by the attorney general against the federal government or an agency of the federal government.
