Amend CSHB 1 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  Increase the Article V appropriations from the general revenue fund to the Military Department for Strategy A.1.2, State Training Missions (page V-28), by the amount of $1,100,000 for each year of the state fiscal biennium ending August 31, 2017.

(2)  Reduce the Article VI appropriations from the general revenue fund to the Department of Agriculture for Strategy A.1.1, Economic Development (page VI-1), by the amount of $1,100,000 for each year of the state fiscal biennium ending August 31, 2017.

(3)  Adjust totals and methods of financing accordingly.
