Amend Amendment No. 161 to CSHB 1 by Huberty (page 205 of the prefiled amendment packet) as follows:

(1)  On line 4, strike "$1,500,000" and substitute "$1,100,000".

(2)  On line 8, strike "$1,500,000" and substitute "$1,100,000".
