Amend CSHB 1 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  Increase the Article V appropriations from the general revenue fund to the Military Department for Strategy A.1.2, State Training Missions (page V-28), by the amount of $225,000 for each year of the state fiscal biennium ending August 31, 2017.

(2)  Reduce the Article I appropriations from the general revenue fund to the Commission on the Arts for Strategy A.1.3, Cultural Tourism Grants (page I-1), by the amount of $225,000 for each year of the state fiscal biennium ending August 31, 2017.

(3)  Adjust totals and methods of financing accordingly.
