System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.
Amend CSHB 1 (house committee report) in Article V of the bill, in the appropriations to the Department of Public Safety, as follows:
(1) On page V-34, strike "B. Goal: SECURE BORDER REGION" and substitute "B. Goal: SECURE TEXAS".
(2) Amend other references to Goal B in the appropriations to the Department of Public Safety accordingly.
