(1)  On page V-34, amend the Department of Public Safety Strategy B.1.4, Extraordinary Operations, by reducing appropriations by $3,414,326 in general revenue funds in each fiscal year.

(2)  On page II-45, amend the Department of State Health Services Strategy C.1.3, Mental Health State Hospitals, by increasing appropriations by $3,414,326 in general revenue funds in each fiscal year.

(3)  On page II-70, add the following appropriately numbered rider:

____. State Hospital Nurse Salary Increase. From funds appropriated above in Strategy C.1.3, Mental Health State Hospitals, $3,414,326 in general revenue funds in each fiscal year shall be used for salary increases for Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses. The salary increases shall be based on a five percent increase in fiscal year 2016 which shall be maintained in fiscal year 2017.
