System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.
(1) On page V-34, amend the Department of Public Safety Strategy B.1.4, Extraordinary Operations, by reducing appropriations by $5,000,000 in general revenue funds in each fiscal year.
(2) On page V-34, amend the Department of Public Safety Strategy D.1.1, Emergency Preparedness, by increasing appropriations by $5,000,000 in general revenue funds in each fiscal year.
