Amend CSHB 1 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page V-34, reduce the appropriation in Strategy B.1.5, Recruitment, Retention and Support, by $4,171,718 in fiscal year 2016 and $6,328,281 in fiscal year 2017.
(2) On page I-52, increase the appropriation in Strategy B.1.3, Homeland Security, by $4,171,718 in fiscal year 2016 and $6,328,281 in fiscal year 2017.
(3) On page I-57, Rider 19, Border Security Operations, strike "$4,500,000 in fiscal year 2016" and substitute "$8,671,718 in fiscal year 2016."
(4) On page I-57, Rider 19, Border Security Operations, strike "$4,500,000 in fiscal year 2017" and substitute "$10,828,281 in fiscal year 2017."
(5) Adjust totals and methods of finance accordingly.
