Amend Amendment No. 227 to CSHB 1 by Y. Davis (page 278, prefiled amendment packet) on page 1 by striking the text of the amendment and substituting the following:

Amend CSHB 1 by reducing all undedicated general revenue appropriations provided by this Act proportionally across all items of appropriation by a total of $125.2 million for the state fiscal biennium and increase the appropriations from the general revenue fund for the state fiscal biennium to the Department of Housing and Community Affairs by an equal amount for the purpose of assisting certain organizations or governmental entities to make residential mortgage loans to residents of certain neighborhoods. Adjust totals and methods of financing accordingly.
