Amend CSHB 1 (house committee printing) in Article VII of the bill, in the appropriations to the Texas Lottery Commission, as follows:

(1)  Strike Strategy A.1.1, Lottery Operations (page VII-8), and strike the appropriation for that strategy for each state fiscal year of the biennium ending August 31, 2017.

(2)  Strike Strategy A.1.5, Central Administration (page VII-8), and strike the appropriation for that strategy for each state fiscal year of the biennium ending August 31, 2017.
